What is 2-1-1?
2-1-1 is a phone line for information and referral to area resources & services covering 91% of our state's population. It is a free, 24-hour service so you get the help you need when you need it.

In Huron County, your 2-1-1 call will be directed to the Cleveland call center where operators will have information about our county resources.

Why it Matters
This Cleveland call center can give information and resources 24/7 to an ever-growing number of individuals and families looking for help. In the United Fund office alone, we receive 300-700 calls per year asking for rent, utilities, medical bills and other concerns.

If you are an agency or resource, please look up your information on the 2-1-1 website. Make sure you are listed or that your information is accurate. Call the Resource Center at 216-436-2096 to add or update your info.
