You can search for jobs by checking the WEEKLY JOB POSTINGS.

Job coaching is included within the Jobs First! program as part of the core services provided. Comprehensive Case Management Employment Program for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Youth (CCMEP WIOA Youth)

Huron County Department of Job & Family Services, through it’s service provider, EHOVE Success for Youth, offers the CCMEP WIOA Youth Program which stands for Comprehensive Case Management Employment Program for our Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Youth. The purpose of this program is to coordinate the delivery of cash assistance and WIOA Youth services between Huron County DJFS and other community partners by providing wraparound services to 16-24 year olds who have barriers to employment. Upon completion of the CCMEP WIOA Youth Application, a comprehensive assessment is completed to determine the applicant’s barriers to obtaining and maintaining gainful employment. Once the barriers are identified and the youth applicant is deemed eligible for the program, then an individual opportunity plan is drafted which sets forth wraparound services to overcome the youth’s barriers. Depending on the individual applicant’s needs and barriers, said wraparound services may include tutoring, paid and unpaid work experiences, occupational skills training, secondary, postsecondary and financial literacy education, leadership development, adult mentoring and/or career counseling
